A high-performance synthetic winch line designed to replace wire rope, K-100 features a high strength-to-weight ratio, bend fatigue durability, and robust spooling capabilities. With strength like wire but with over 80% weight reduction, K-100 meets the maximum line-pull requirements with a 5:1 safety factor. Its proprietary coating improves rope performance in cyclic bend over sheave (CBOS) applications – common in applications using winches.
