FULL PULL ROPE / PROLINE12
PROLINE12™ industrial recovery ropes combine high-strength, low-stretch UHMWPE fiber with an endless formed-eye construction. A full-length chafe jacket and protected eyes help the assembly stand up to demanding work in mining, construction and heavy-equipment recovery. Listed breaking strengths range from 51,400 to 530,000 lb. Choose your rope diameter and overall length from the product options, then review the strength and design-factor references below.
An endless UHMWPE rope body with a formed eye at each end for industrial towing and recovery.
A protective body jacket and SX chafe protection at both eyes help guard the rope against abrasion.
Identification includes load ratings and a unique manufacturer serial number for tracking each assembly.
Listed breaking strengths below match this page’s current product options. The 5:1 and 3:1 columns are calculated design-factor references: listed breaking strength divided by 5 or 3, rounded down to the nearest whole pound. These calculated values are not independently verified or manufacturer-certified working load limits (WLLs) for the supplied assembly. Use the assembly’s identification tag and the manufacturer’s instructions to confirm its rating and permitted use. Scroll sideways on smaller screens to view every column.

Overall rope length is measured bearing-to-bearing. Listed lengths match this page’s product options.
Breaking strength is not a working load limit or a vehicle-weight rating. The calculations above do not establish suitability for lifting, dynamic/kinetic recovery or any particular application. A qualified person must select the appropriate design factor and assess the load, rope condition, assembly configuration, connectors and attachment points. Wear, damage, bends and connection geometry can reduce capacity; the complete system is limited by its lowest-rated component in the actual configuration. Never shock-load the rope. Inspect the complete system before use, stay within the manufacturer’s specified limits and follow the rope and equipment manufacturers’ instructions.
Use these dimensions as a product reference when planning connections. “Eye diameter with SX” retains the manufacturer’s published column label; it is not a shackle-pin recommendation.

Rope diameter is measured unloaded and without the cover; spliced sections are larger. Confirm the supplied assembly’s dimensions and connection requirements before use. Manufacturer specifications are subject to change.
