Low-stretch slings for heavy recovery
Samson Panther recovery tow slings bring lightweight handling to mining, quarry, oilfield, construction and agricultural recovery work. A 12-strand, multiple-grommet strength member made with Dyneema® HMPE fiber is enclosed in chafe protection for abrasion resistance and single-leg handling.
Low-stretch construction
A high-strength synthetic sling designed for demanding towing and recovery applications.
HMPE chafe protection
A protective cover helps shield the strength member from abrasion during use.

Select 22 Ton through 771 Ton, with 20 ft, 33 ft and 50 ft overall lengths.

Use the product options to select your sling. The charts below separate the size name, published strength and working load limit so you can compare like-for-like specifications.
Recovery sizing matters. A size label or breaking-strength figure is not a working load limit or a vehicle-weight rating. Select the appropriate factor of safety for the recovery conditions with qualified guidance. The tables do not establish suitability for lifting.

Strength and working-load values are in U.S. tons. The 5:1, 3:1, and 2:1 columns reproduce Samson’s published working load limits for the listed sizes, with separately marked calculations for the 99 Ton option. Scroll sideways on smaller screens to view every column.
